RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our product, you can return it within the 30 day trial period for a full refund, no questions asked.
RETURN ARRANGEMENT
Please contact our Customer Services department at sales@audiotricity-hifi.com or (+351) 916 236 200 to arrange collection of the product, which will be paid by Audiotricity. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
REFUND TIME
Refunds will be processed upon the satisfactory receipt of the product, and payment will be reimbursed using the original payment details. We aim to refund your funds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
