Although the power amplifiers are the ones that most benefit from a power cable upgrade because they use a lot of energy and directly drive the speakers, they are, at same time, the ones with the biggest degradation when they have any type of energy restrictions and the power cable cannot satisfy the components’ energy needs.

Proteus was designed not only for noise reduction (by keeping the bottleneck of the original power cable), but specially to be used on power amplifiers and all components with high energy needs. We developed a special geometry that reduces the cable resistance, and we also increased the cable section to 12AWG, which ensures that even the most demanding needs during energy spikes are satisfied, unlike the stock cables that only ensure 80% of the components’ needs.
