If you live in a country where we sell directly, thanks to our 30 days return policy, you can enjoy the performance of our products on a trial basis, at your own place, with the maximum comfort and as closest to your real scenario as it gets.
Most of us have already bought a component that performs far better in the dealer showroom than at our home. This is a very common problem, not only because each room has different acoustics, but also because each system and cables will yield different results and affect the products’ performance.

If we don’t sell directly in your region, you can check if you have a local distributor.
Despite not being able to enjoy our 30 days return policy, you can visit your local distributor and listen to the product in their listening room, or arrange an audition in your home, when possible.
This way, you will be able to enjoy the traditional up close and personal approach from your dealer, who will accompany you and help you choose the product that best suits your needs, or even help you customize it, if needed.
