By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting, shopping, browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalised terms are defined in this Agreement.
If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions or our Privacy Policy, you must not use this website.
The Site and its original content, features and functionality are owned by Audiotricity and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
All trademarks, logos, images, website addresses, product or model names or derivations featured in this and other Audiotricity websites are the property of Audiotricity. Any use of these trademarks is prohibited unless permission is sought and subsequently granted in writing by the trademark holder.
The Teflon® word mark and logos are registered trademarks owned by DuPont and any use of such marks by Audiotricity is under license.
Other product and company names mentioned within this website may be the trademarks of their respective owners and are subject to the terms of their registration.
Audiotricity takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet sites.
Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the site including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is, and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Portugal.
If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to Audiotricity, its sub-brands and or associated companies are provided “as is” without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied.
In no event will Audiotricity be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence.
Audiotricity does not warrant that the functions and material contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the materials.
While Audiotricity has made reasonable efforts to ensure information and graphics are accurate at the time of inclusion, this could contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or may be out of date when accessed by the user.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will thus be settled by ordinary courts of law.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions by posting the updated terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
Once you have ordered and paid for your goods at Audiotricity-hifi.com, you will receive an e-mail from Audiotricity confirming the receipt of your online payment, details of your order and delivery, provided that you submitted a correct e-mail address when placing your order. We cannot guarantee that all the goods ordered are available in our inventory at all times but we will ship them as soon as possible.
We encourage you to print or save a copy of these Terms and Conditions, your payment information for paying online and shipping confirmation e-mail immediately upon receipt, in case you need to contact us with any questions about your order. If you notice that any of the information e-mailed to you is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can correct it.
The usual time of delivery depends on the address of delivery and is estimated in the Delivery Rates section.
Audiotricity makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. If Audiotricity does not deliver the goods within the estimated timescales, you should request Audiotricity to make the delivery within an additional period of time which according to the circumstances feels appropriate. If Audiotricity fails to deliver the goods within that additional period of time, you are entitled to terminate the contract.
Audiotricity carries the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport, until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods.
If you choose to return the goods – regardless of the situation – you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport, until Audiotricity has taken physical possession of the goods.
All prices are stated inclusive of all applicable taxes. Audiotricity does not offer VAT refunds for orders placed online at Audiotricity.hifi.com. The price applicable is the price set out next to the product in question on the website on the date of ordering. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Paypal and wire Transfer. Please call (+351) 916 236 200 for information on other payment methods.
Your credit/debit card will be pre-authorised for payment at the time of ordering. As part of this authorization process, your bank will place a hold on your account for the purchase amount of the order. The hold will be removed after a number of days determined by your banking institution. You will not be charged for the goods until they have been shipped.
The Audiotricity payment solution is based on the SSL standard, which means that your information submitted in connection with the payment transaction is protected by encryption.
Should your order be rejected for any reason, a refund will be made to your card immediately.
Prices include all taxes and delivery costs.
Prices are subject to change without notice and we accept no responsibility for typographical errors.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our product and wish to cancel your online order for any reason, you can return it within the 30 day trial period for a full refund, no questions asked.
Please contact our Customer Services department at sales@audiotricity-hifi.com or +351 (91)623 6200 to arrange collection of the product which will be paid for by Audiotricity. Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Refunds will be processed upon the satisfactory receipt of the product and payment will be reimbursed using the original payment details. We aim to refund your funds within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Unless otherwise specified, we offer a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your product is found to have a defect within this period, please contact Customer Services on +351 9162 36200 or write to sales@audiotricity-hifi.com
Any complaints will be handled by our customer service in accordance with the relevant national legislation.

If any errors or defects should occur with Audiotricity products, you may claim remedy in accordance with statutory law on the sale of consumer goods.
To ensure that your card and personal details are not being used without your consent, Paypal will validate your name, address and other personal information during the order process against third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made.
In performing these checks, personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity and all information provided by you will be treated in accordance with the Law
When visiting Audiotricity-hifi.com or sending Audiotricity e-mails, you are communicating electronically with Audiotricity. Audiotricity communicates with the Customer by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes you consent to receive electronic communications from Audiotricity, and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other electronic communications that Audiotricity provides satisfy any legal requirement that such communications must be in writing. This clause does not affect any mandatory rights you might have.
These limits do not supersede your statutory rights. For products purchased on this site, except for claims of personal injury or death, the maximum liability of Audiotricity shall not exceed the actual purchase price of the product. Audiotricity shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.
While every effort has been made to portray products accurately, slight variations may occur. All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow. Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens. Audiotricity makes reservations for any typing errors which may occur on the website.
Should one or more of these Terms and Conditions be deemed unlawful and invalid and thus not enforceable, this will not affect the validity and enforcement of the remainder of the Terms and Conditions.
